Tamara Baker has a comprehensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tamara started their career at Boeing, where they served as a Change Management Specialist and later as a Production Analyst / Industrial Engineer. At Boeing, they analyzed performance metrics, managed workflow, and implemented Lean Manufacturing practices.

Following their time at Boeing, Tamara joined AT&T Wireless as a Financial Analyst II. In this role, they developed budgets, forecasted expenses, and provided variance analysis. Tamara also played a key role in facilitating hiring plans based on company growth projections.

Following their time at Soundpath Health, Tamara joined the City of Auburn (Washington) as a Financial Planning & Budget Manager, Accounting & Reporting Manager, and Financial Analyst. Tamara managed the Financial Planning team, oversaw the Biennial Budget for the City of Auburn, and managed the City's Capital Facility Plan.

Currently, Tamara is working at PetroCard, Inc. in the role of Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis.

Tamara Baker attended Western Washington University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Tamara'sstudies focused on the fields of finance, accounting, management, and psychology. Prior to their time at the university, they attended Highline Community College from 1992 to 1994. During their time there, they earned an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in business.

In addition to their formal education, Tamara Baker completed the WCIA Supervisory Skills Program from the Washington Cities Insurance Authority in October 2019.
