Celeste Duncan

Celeste Duncan is a project management professional with extensive experience in decommissioning project delivery and engineering. Currently at Petrofac since March 2023, Celeste specializes in managing decommissioning projects in the UK and internationally. Prior roles include serving as a Project Manager at PD&MS Group from April 2018 to March 2023, where work focused on the SPE - Spirit Energy Decommissioning project. Celeste also sought new challenges as a Project Manager from November 2017 to March 2018 and previously held project management and engineering positions at DSRL and Amec Foster Wheeler. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, attained in 2004.
