Colin Simpson

Colin Simpson is an experienced completion supervisor currently working at Petrofac since July 2020. Previously, Colin served as a service leader for completions at Halliburton from May 2016 to August 2020, where supervision of the batch installation of 16 intermediate and upper subsea completions for the BP Shah Deniz 2 project in Azerbaijan was key. Earlier roles include well service supervisor at Expro, senior service engineer at TAM International, technical specialist at Baker Hughes, and service specialist at Halliburton. Colin began the career as a wireline operator at Schlumberger and earlier held positions in drilling and mechanical fitting. Colin's formal education was completed at North East Scotland College.
