David Seymour

David Seymour is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in global human resources management, currently serving as the HR Director for Corporate Functions and the Asia Pacific Region at Petrofac since May 2010. In this role, David oversees HR business partnering for finance, IT, legal, HR, and QHSE functions, while also directing HR teams across Malaysia and Australia. Prior to this, David held various leadership roles, including HR Director for Integrated Energy Services and Head of HR Policy & Systems, where responsibilities included HR strategies for a 13,000-employee global workforce. David's earlier experience includes significant HR management positions with Suncor, AMP, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, JPMorganChase, and National Grid. David holds a BA (Hons) in Social Administration from the University of Nottingham and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Westminster.
