David Slater

David Slater is an experienced production technician currently employed at Petrofac since January 2024. Prior to this role, David worked at Baker Hughes for nearly a decade, holding positions as Pipeline and Process Senior Supervisor and Pipeline and Process Supervisor, focusing on flange management, leak testing, and hydrotesting. David began as a Field Operator, gaining experience across various plants in the UK. Additional roles include Field Operator at Innovator Industrial Services Inc. for Suncor Energy, a Field Operator for a refinery shutdown in Greece, and a Bolting Tech at Halliburton. David’s career commenced at AMEC as a Bolt Tech after completing education at St Robert of Newminster.
