Edward Sutton is a Principal Technical Safety Engineer at Petrofac, currently leading several offshore CCS projects focused on the Aramis CCUS hub development in the Dutch SNS. Previously, Edward held various engineering positions at Perenco, including Process Engineer and Project Process Engineer, where they managed projects related to water clarification, tank farm bund lining, and debottlenecking of terminal facilities. Edward has extensive experience in process safety management, having conducted HAZOPs and led assessments for multiple FEED projects, and has contributed to the development of process safety management systems. They earned a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Bath.
