Ian Cameron is currently the Project Security Manager at Petrofac Libya, having previously completed a successful contract in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and now Tripoli and Erawin field in Libya. With extensive experience in security operations and project management in hostile environments, Ian has developed and coordinated security and emergency response systems, conducted threat and risk assessments, and managed security personnel. Ian's adaptability and excellent communication skills enable effective liaison at multi-agency and multi-national levels while considering political, racial, and gender issues in client interactions. Ian holds a Diploma in Security Management from Plymouth College of Further Education and an MCGI Level 7 qualification in Leadership and Management from City and Guilds.
