James Boothroyd has extensive experience in finance and tax roles, currently serving as SVP Finance for Asset Solutions and IES at Petrofac since September 2013. Prior positions at Petrofac include Head of Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as Head of Group Finance FP&A, and Head of Tax Risk and Indirect Tax. Before joining Petrofac, James worked at KPMG as a Corporate Tax Senior Manager from October 2004 to September 2013. Educational credentials include a degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics from The University of Manchester and leadership training from London Business School. James completed secondary education at South Hunsley School.
