Lee Guerin is an experienced Infrastructure Electrical Engineer at BAE Systems since October 2023, focusing on the development of electrical engineering guides and standards, power system evaluations, and project management. Previously, Lee worked as an Electrical Maintenance Technician and held full ownership of maintenance tasks at Petrofac from July 2014. As Managing Director of E-Tech Electrical & Renewable Services since November 2021, Lee has led a NAPIT/MCS approved company providing electrical and renewable technology services. Lee has also held roles as an Offshore Electrical Supervisor at SKN, Project Manager at Atex Solutions, and Electrical Technician at Electriteknorthwest, with foundational experience gained as an Apprentice Electrical Technician at Smiths Group plc. Education was completed at Blackpool and The Fylde College.
