Liam Beaton

Liam Beaton is an experienced Maintenance Supervisor and OIM at Ithaca Energy since March 2020, with a strong background in mechanical maintenance. Prior to this position, Liam served as a Lead Mechanical Technician at Petrofac from October 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance on various production and utility equipment on the FPF1. Previous experience includes working as a Mechanical Technician at bp from September 2011 to September 2013 on the FPSO PSVM, where planned and corrective maintenance was executed to ensure operational reliability. Liam began a mechanical technician career at Petrofac from March 2005 to August 2011, working on the FPSO GP3 and gaining experience through significant projects such as the DNV inspection and new field development. Liam holds an HND in Mechanical and Marine Engineering from Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, completed in 2004.
