Mike Hickson

Mike Hickson is an Offshore Installation Manager with over 35 years of experience in management, honed through a 20-year tenure as an Aircraft Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy and 15 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. Currently, they serve as an EPRD Offshore Installation Manager with TAQA Group, overseeing the removal of the Eider jacket campaign. Previously, Mike held positions with Total, Maersk Oil, and Petrofac, leading teams in operational planning, safety initiatives, and construction management. They hold a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
