Pankaj Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of piping stress analysis. Pankaj is currently working as a Lead Engineer Piping Stress at Petrofac since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wood for 15 years, where they held various roles including Technical Advisor Piping Stress, Principal Piping Stress Engineer, and Senior Technical Professional - Piping Stress. During their time at Wood, they gained experience in brown field piping for various companies in the North Sea and worked on onshore plant and offshore platform piping. Before Wood, Pankaj worked at Uhde India Limited as a Chief Engineer, Piping, where they served as a Lead Piping Stress Engineer on different projects. Pankaj also worked at Mitsui Babcock and Babcock Borsig IDEA in engineering roles focused on boilers and fired heaters.
Pankaj Kumar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India). Pankaj also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya where they completed their Higher Secondary School education with a focus on Mathematics and Science.
