Paul Stead

Paul Stead has extensive experience in engineering and operational management within the Royal Air Force and the oil and gas sector. From January 2012 to August 2014, Paul served as Engineering Controller and Operational Planning Manager for the Red Arrows, overseeing a fleet of specialized aircraft and advising senior executives on business continuity and emergency planning while managing assets worth over £400 million. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions in the RAF, including Mechanical Engineering Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams, conducting maintenance, and establishing avionics programs. Additionally, Paul worked as a Senior Maintenance Delivery Lead and Contract Manager at Petrofac.
