Richard Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hydrographic and geomatic services. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at Petrofac since July 2014, Richard provides land, hydrographic, and geoscience support for projects globally, focusing on surveying contract management and technical consultancy. Richard is also the Owner and Director of HGS (Intl.) Ltd, established in August 1998, which offers specialized consultancy services. Prior to these roles, Richard held positions such as Senior Consultant Technical Lead at JP Kenny Ltd from 1998 to 2014, Area Surveyor at Racal Survey Aberdeen, and Chief Surveyor at NeSA in the Racal Survey Group.
