Sandra Redding

Sandra Redding is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate governance and legal counsel within the energy sector. Currently serving as Group General Counsel at Petrofac since October 2023, Sandra previously held positions as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Highview Power, and EVP, General Counsel & Company Secretary at Seadrill, where responsibilities included governance oversight for a complex organization with over 300 legal entities across various jurisdictions. Sandra's earlier roles include General Counsel at Dragon Oil, overseeing a team of lawyers and supporting strategic corporate decisions, as well as legal management positions at RWE and Gaz de France, where substantial support was provided for major projects and M&A activities. Sandra began professional training at Allens after obtaining a law degree from The University of Queensland and further enhancing expertise with an International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School.
