Shailesh Aod is a seasoned oil and gas professional with 25 years of experience in various roles across FPSOs, MOPUs, offshore platforms, onshore installations, and oil refinery operations, working in India, the Middle East, and West Africa. Currently, Shailesh serves as a Production Superintendent at Petrofac, having previously held positions in companies like Azule Energy, Thome Group, and OCS Services. They hold diplomas in Chemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and M S University, completed between 1994 and 1997. Through their extensive career, Shailesh has developed a deep expertise in production operations and supervision.
