Laila al-Barwani

Laila Al-Barwani has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Acting Head of Learning & Development and previously as a Talent Management Analyst and HR Business Partner at Petrogas E&P since October 2014. Responsibilities include providing HR support across subsidiaries, with a focus on manpower planning, organization charts, recruitment, and HR systems. Prior to this role, Laila held an HR Trainee position at Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Co. SAOG. Laila holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Business Management from Sultan Qaboos University and has completed a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice from June 2019 to August 2020.
