Neel Kar

Neel Kar has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Neel worked as a Lead Technical Artist at Activision/Infinity Ward from 2010 to 2014, where they rebuilt technical animation and character art asset teams for various projects. Neel also served as a Cinematic Director during 2012-2013. Before that, they worked as a Technical Artist and contributed to concept art during the production of MW2.

In 2015, Neel joined PETROL Advertising where they held the positions of Lead Visual Effects Director from 2015 to 2019 and currently works as a Creative Director, VFX. Finally, they worked at Wevr as a Creative Project Lead from 2017 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Neel worked as a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University in 2005. Overall, Neel Kar has showcased their expertise in technical art, animation, and visual effects throughout their career.

Neel Kar pursued their education at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2001 to 2004. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Following their undergraduate studies, Neel enrolled in Carnegie Mellon University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Entertainment Technology degree. Neel'sspecialization during this period was in the field of Entertainment Technology.
