Nester Ramos

Nestor R. has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Nestor started their career in 1993 as a Sr. Field Engineer at Baker Hughes, Inc, where they worked until 2001. Nestor then joined YPF SA as a Reservoir Engineer and stayed with the company until 2006. At YPF SA, they gained experience in reservoir engineering. Nestor R. then moved to Occidental, where they worked as a Sr. Reservoir Engineer from 2006 to 2011. During their time at Occidental, they were responsible for managing a project on well automation and optimizing production through waterflooding. Finally, Nestor R. joined Sinopec Exploration and Production, Inc. in 2011 as a Reservoir Engineer Advisor. In this role, they worked on the development of multiple onshore and offshore concessions and achieved a 25% increase in reserves and NPV over the past five years.

Nestor R. has a diverse education background. Nestor first pursued a Master's degree in Reservoir Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2009 to 2010. Following this, they attended the Universidad de Belgrano from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Project Management, specialized in Project Management. Nestor R. also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, which they completed from 1988 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Nestor R. has also received a certification as a Senior Reservoir Engineer from the Society of Petroleum Engineers International. Nestor obtained this certification in January 2014.
