Aaron Maxwell

Aaron Maxwell is a highly experienced engineering professional in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a CWI Senior Planning & Design Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman since February 2023, Aaron has extensive experience with Shell, where roles include Completions/Interventions Supervisor and Life Cycle Well Engineer. Previous positions include Staff Wells Supervisor at Brunei Shell Petroleum and Shell Iraq Petroleum Development, along with a solid foundation in completions and slickline operations at A/S Norske Shell, Baker Hughes, and Qserv Ltd. Aaron holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and both HND and HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University and North East Scotland College, respectively.
