Faisal al Sharji

Faisal Al Sharji is an experienced professional in the field of health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as an HSE Advisor - Wells at Petroleum Development Oman since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an HSE Advisor at MB Petroleum Services LLC, where Faisal ensured compliance with company procedures and promoted safety adherence among site teams, and as a Well Site Geologist at SLB, managing daily rig operations and evaluating geological samples. Earlier roles also include serving as an Operation Geologist at Oxy, where responsibilities involved proposing new infill wells and updating geological models. Faisal holds a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Sultan Qaboos University and several certifications in health and safety, including NEBOSH IGC and IOSH.
