Harith Abdullah Said al Naabi

Harith Abdullah Said Al Naabi is an expert in oil and gas upstream process operation with over 42 years of experience in the industry, primarily at Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO). Currently serving as a senior coach for Operation and Maintenance leadership since January 2019, Harith provides coaching and support to senior field staff to meet PDO's business objectives. Previously, roles included leadership positions such as Sour Fields production programming team leader and Greater Birba Senior production programmer. Harith's career at PDO spans multiple positions starting from a Production Operator Assistant up to Production Senior Programmer. Harith holds an ONC in process engineering from Thorouk Technical College in the UK, obtained in 1984.
