Leandro Cuberos

Leandro Cuberos is a seasoned professional in project management with a robust background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Functional Head of Project Services at Petroleum Development Oman since October 2012, responsibilities include leading planning, risk, cost estimating, cost control, and training functions to enhance project delivery. Previous roles encompass the Functional Head of Project Planning and Risk Management at PDO, Project Risk Management Section Head at SABIC, and Staff Project Engineer at SABIC, with expertise in risk identification and project engineering. Early experience includes consulting at ENERGETICA and managing offshore production facilities at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. Leandro holds an Advanced Management Program degree from IESA, a Master's in Engineering Project Management from UCAB, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia.
