Rafliansyah Andika Putra

Rafliansyah Andika Putra is a highly experienced Sr. Production Technologist currently working at Petroleum Development Oman since August 2022, specializing in field development planning for various enhanced oil recovery techniques. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Rafliansyah has previously held senior roles at Medco LLC Oman and Shell, where significant achievements included developing comprehensive surveillance systems and leading multidisciplinary teams in integrated reservoir and well reviews. Earlier experiences include production optimization roles at Hess Oil and Gas, along with foundational roles in production engineering at CNOOC Southeast Asia Ltd and Repsol. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, complemented by a diploma in Computer/Information Technology.
