Kelechi Gab Idimogu MSc., Prince2, FCIA, serves as the Head of the Project Management Division at the Petroleum Technology Development Fund since June 2003, overseeing project planning, execution, and compliance with procurement guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, managing project deliverables, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs while providing intervention funds and approving contract certificates. Previous roles include Head of Upstream Division and Chief of Mid & Downstream, where coordination of new program initiatives and compliance with local content objectives was fundamental. Kelechi holds an MSc in Project Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Technology in Project Management. Prior experience includes serving as Project Coordinator/Office Manager at WNL between 1998 and 2000.
