Angga Nasution

Angga Nasution has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Angga is currently employed as an ICT Support Services Engineer at Petrolink since November 2021. Prior to this, Angga worked as an IT Technical Support at PT. ABC President Indonesia from September 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they served as an Information Technology Helpdesk at PT. Inspiro from November 2016 to July 2018, where they provided support to clients and users, particularly in using Microsoft's Office 365 networked system. Angga'sresponsibilities included providing solutions, consultations, and suggestions on IT and technical issues, as well as managing customer relationships and service. Angga started their IT career at PT ANTILOPE MADJU PURI INDAH in November 2014 as an IT Technical Support, and served until June 2016.

Angga Nasution earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta from 2008 to 2014. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from BINUS University.
