Karim Ayman

Karim Ayman is a skilled Maintenance Planning Engineer with extensive experience at Petromaint since September 2019, where responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, managing spare parts, overseeing work orders, training employees on CMMS, coordinating plant shutdowns, and facilitating communication between operation and maintenance teams. Prior to this role, Karim was an international gymnast on the Egyptian national gymnastics team from June 2007 to March 2020 and worked as a Sales Engineer at ALQUDS STEEL from May 2019 to January 2020, focusing on technical presentations, customer needs assessment, and product modifications. Additional experience includes designing HVAC systems during a brief tenure at EGYCET in early 2019 and an internship at Petromaint in 2016. Karim holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, completed in 2017.
