Wan Syazwani Wan Zawavi has extensive experience in operations and management roles across several companies. Currently serving as the Fraud Mitigation & Card Process Lead at Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd since July 2016, Wan Syazwani oversees a team focused on fraud prevention and card processing. Prior to this, Wan Syazwani held various positions at Aimia Inc from September 2009 to April 2016, including Project Coordinator and Call Center Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing call center operations, setting customer service targets, and ensuring high-quality data processing. Earlier experience includes serving as Back Office Manager at Sapura Technology Bhd from July 2005 to July 2009. Wan Syazwani holds a Diploma in English for Communication with a minor in Marketing from Mara Professional College, completed between 2002 and 2005.
