Adriana VanHuffel has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Adriana is currently the Head of Marketing - Americas at PETRONAS Lubricants International, where they are responsible for overseeing marketing strategies in the Americas region. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Manager - North America at the same company, leading the development and execution of successful B2B and B2C marketing strategies, resulting in substantial revenue and profitability growth.

Before joining PETRONAS Lubricants International, Adriana worked as the International Brand Manager at Old World Industries, LLC, where they played a key role in enhancing brand equity and recognition through the implementation of innovative marketing strategies and programs. Adriana successfully launched numerous products across different regions and achieved significant sales growth through effective brand positioning.

Adriana also gained extensive experience at ABRO Industries Inc. as the International Sales and Marketing Manager's Assistant for Latin America and Asia. Adriana worked closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to create B2B opportunities and drove sales growth through the development and implementation of strategic business plans.

Earlier in their career, Adriana held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at DINAPRO S.A. DE C.V, where they led business development efforts, expanded the customer base, and implemented promotional programs. Adriana also worked as a Human Resource Manager Assistant at SARA LEE S.A de C.V, where they maintained employee records and provided support in recruitment processes.

Adriana VanHuffel obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado between 1999 and 2003. Adriana then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing / Finance at Indiana University South Bend from 2009 to 2012.
