Alberto Colombo

Alberto Colombo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and lubricant industries. Currently serving as the Testing & Protocol Team Leader in the R&T Mechanical Testing Department at PETRONAS Lubricants International since May 2010, Alberto oversees the development and management of engine fluids testing programs and protocols. Previously, as the Lead Development & Validation Responsible Engineer at GENERAL MOTORS POWERTRAIN - EUROPE SRL, Alberto managed Small Diesel Engine projects and focused on engine development and validation activities. Alberto also held the role of Base HW Development Senior Engineer, where responsibilities included turbomatching and ECU parameters calibration. Early career experience includes positions at Fiat-GM Powertrain as a Test Facilities Assistant and Stagista. Alberto holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
