Anshul Kapoor has a diverse work experience in various industries. Anshul started their career at Kesar Enterprises Ltd. as a Production Engineer, where they managed the bottling line operations. Anshul then worked at Seth & Company as a Store Manager in their family business. Anshul Kapoor then moved on to IMRB International as a Research Manager, where they handled marketing research projects for clients such as HUL, Marico, and ICICI Prudential. Anshul then joined Aditya Birla Group as a Dy. Brand Manager and later joined Mahindra & Mahindra as a Sr. Brand Manager. Anshul Kapoor then transitioned to Renault India as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched the New Renault Duster and led product development and marketing communication campaigns. Currently, they are working at PETRONAS Lubricants International as the Head of Trade Marketing & Revenue Management, where they created the PETRONAS India mobile app and established a revenue management structure.
Anshul Kapoor holds an MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. Anshul also completed a program on Managing in European Business Environment: Complexities & Prospects at ESCP Business School in 2013. Prior to their MBA, Anshul earned a Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2006. Anshul began their academic journey by completing a BE in Production from North Maharashtra University from 1997 to 2001.
