Atikah Ruslan

Atikah Ruslan currently holds the position of Senior Executive in Group Learning Technology and Reporting at PETRONAS Lubricants International, where responsibilities include enhancing the capabilities of the commercial salesforce for both the Automotive and Industrial sectors through the LEAD Academy. Previously, Atikah served as an HR Assistant in Regional HRM, providing comprehensive HR support and managing various administrative tasks. Atikah also gained experience as a Recruitment Intern at IBM, assisting in recruitment processes and preparing reports. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, along with foundational studies at Kolej Matrikulasi Johor and Sekolah Menengah Sains Muar.
