Hasni Mohamad Tayeb

Hasni Mohamad Tayeb has over 20 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Hasni started their career as a Credit Analyst at RHB Bank Berhad, where they identified and acquired corporate and commercial clients and evaluated banking facilities and corporate financing options. Hasni then worked as an Accounts Executive at Atlan Holdings Berhad before moving on to BP Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where they served as the Head of the Financial Accounting Section, leading a team in various finance functions. Currently, Hasni is working at PETRONAS Lubricants International, where they hold the position of Regional CFO for Asia Region, as well as the Group Commercial Controller.

Hasni Mohamad Tayeb has a comprehensive education history in the field of accounting and finance. In 1997, they obtained a Master's Degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to that, in 1995, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Salford, Manchester. During this time, they also earned a certification from CIMA as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant. In 2000, Hasni continued their education at the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant. In terms of additional certifications, Hasni obtained a certification in "Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up" from LinkedIn in 2020.
