Luca Gabella is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at PETRONAS Lubricants International since September 2017, Luca has held multiple leadership roles focusing on commercial excellence across EMEA and global strategies, notably launching effective go-to-market analyses and enhancing customer solutions. Prior experience at SABMiller involved senior leadership roles in distribution, where Luca led significant operational teams and was instrumental in developing cost-saving strategies.
