Nabil Hedayati

Nabil Hedayati has worked at PETRONAS Lubricants International since 2014. In their current role as the Head of Group Business Control, they have been responsible for managing the company's business control function. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Group CEO's office, overseeing the CEO's office operations. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Head of Strategy, Transformation & Commercial Excellence for the EMEA region. Before joining PETRONAS, Nabil worked at Arthur D. Little as a Manager from 2006 to 2014. Nabil also briefly worked at ECODOM Consorzio Italiano Recupero e Riciclaggio Elettrodomestici as part of a start-up initiative in 2006.

Nabil Hedayati completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance & Change Management at MIP Politecnico di Milano from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Economics with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the University of Naples 'Parthenope' from 1999 to 2004.
