Richard Wayne Thorne Miet

Richard Wayne Thorne MIET currently serves as the Industrial Sales Operations Manager for the EMEA Region at PETRONAS Lubricants International since August 2019. Previously, Richard held various positions at BP from April 2007 to August 2019, including roles such as Castrol Auto & Industrial Europe and Africa Customer Excellence Lead, where accountability extended to the implementation of the B.P Castrol Customer Service Charter for the region, and Castrol Industrial U.K. CMS Operations Manager, overseeing operational management for key accounts.
