Silvia Musolino

Silvia Musolino has extensive work experience in various roles. Silvia started their career at SIRA - Soundproofing Systems as a Sales Support Specialist from September 2008 to September 2010. Silvia then joined PETRONAS Lubricants International, where they worked as an OEM Inside Sales Representative and Customer Support from September 2010 to June 2014. Silvia later transitioned to the role of HR Training and Internal Communication Specialist from July 2014 to March 2018. Silvia then took on the role of Learning and Capability Europe from April 2018, where they were responsible for managing the full cycle of the training and development process, coordinating training initiatives within the European region, and budget management. Currently, they hold the position of LEAD Academy EMEA- Commercial Excellence, a role that started in September 2019.

Silvia Musolino completed their Coach ACTP degree at EEC - Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2023. Silvia also obtained a Master's degree in Luxury Marketing & Communication from Il Sole 24 ore and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a managerial focus from the Università degli Studi di Torino.
