Adrià Passola

Adrià Passola is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the oil and lubricants industry. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at PETRONAS Viscosity Oil since October 2018, Adrià has been instrumental in relaunching operations and driving growth strategies in North America. Previous roles at PETRONAS include overseeing the transformation of lubricants businesses in South America as CEO for the Southern Cone PLI/AMERICAS, and leading strategic initiatives as SVP of Strategy, M&A, and Marketing for the Asia Pacific region. Earlier career highlights include directing client projects at FTI Delta across MEA and CIS regions and managing strategic consulting projects for Global Fortune 500 FMCGs. Adrià holds an MBA in International Business from Esade and has furthered professional development at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and SDA Bocconi.
