Fatimah Az-Zahra Ahmad possesses extensive experience in data operations and integrity, having worked at CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd as an Executive in Data Operations, where data scrubbing and issue resolution significantly improved revenue. Previous roles include a Graduate Trainee at Telekom Malaysia, responsible for maintaining accurate government sales listings and validating data for the Desa Pintar project, and an IT Intern at Strateq Group Of Companies, where SQL report templates were developed for hospital systems. Fatimah also gained foundational experience as an Internship Trainee at Telekom Malaysia, improving service desk efficiency through report categorization.
