Nakisha Syed Zainal

Nakisha Syed Zainal has extensive experience in the oil and gas and banking sectors, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Enterprise Modernisation - HR Portfolio Lead at PETRONAS since August 2016, Nakisha has held various leadership roles, including Head of Strategy for Digital Strategy & Planning and Manager of Strategy & Planning for PETRONAS Group ICT. Prior to joining PETRONAS, Nakisha worked at Accenture from 2006 to 2016, initially as a Management Consultant focused on talent and organization, and later as a Management Consulting Professional managing SAP enhancements and change management for large oil and gas companies. In the banking industry, Nakisha served as Assistant Vice President of Project Management at Maybank, leading change management activities for major transformation initiatives. Nakisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
