Nur Faliza Yaakup is an experienced professional in digital communications and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Comms Strategy & Performance at PETRONAS since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nur Faliza spent over a decade at Celcom Axiata Berhad, holding various positions including Head of CX Social Media and Digital Channel, where responsibilities included driving business plans for digital products, leading agile practices, and enhancing user experience. Nur Faliza also contributed to consultancy projects with the DERAS Task Force at Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital and held management roles at Telekom Malaysia and TM Net Sdn Bhd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Leadership from Northumbria University, an MBA in Strategic Management from International Islamic University Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Multimedia University.
