Paktam Nizam Ahmad

PakTam Nizam Ahmad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and career coaching. Currently serving as a Career Coach and Speaker for the Graduate Readiness for Employment and Apprenticeship Training (GREAT) since June 2020, PakTam has participated in over 100 career development workshops for graduates. At PETRONAS since May 2009, PakTam has held various roles including Talent Development Manager, focusing on learning consultancy and employee performance management, as well as HR Business Partner for digital talents. Additional experience includes a fellowship at Universiti Malaya as an ELITE Fellow and prior roles in corporate strategy within the Malaysian Government. PakTam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from International Islamic University Malaysia and has completed multiple professional certifications in counseling and human resources development.
