Ramzulhakim Ramli

Ramzulhakim Ramli is the Head (Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer) of the Downstream Office at PETRONAS since March 2023. Previously, Ramzulhakim served as the Head of Commercial Business and Head of LPG Business at PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad from October 2016 to March 2023. Prior roles include General Director/CEO at PETRONAS (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. from January 2015 to September 2016, and Chief Financial Officer at the same company from August 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading financial organization and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Ramzulhakim's career at PETRONAS began in April 1998, encompassing roles such as Manager of Business Development and Senior Executive in Oil Business, focusing on project management, business performance improvement, and retail development. Ramzulhakim holds a Commerce degree in Accounting from UNSW, obtained between 1995 and 1997, and attended the Royal Military College in Kuala Lumpur from 1989 to 1993.
