Payam Najibi

Payam Najibi is an experienced professional in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management, currently serving as Offshore Drilling HSEQ Supervisor at Petropars since February 2022. Prior to this role, Payam held the position of Offshore HSE Supervisor at POGC LTD from May 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting HSE training and coaching personnel on safe work practices. Payam has also served as Offshore Drilling HSEQ Supervisor and Offshore HSE Supervisor at Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company from June 2012 to May 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Director, QC Inspector, and HSE Engineer in various organizations. Payam holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field, both from Islamic Azad University.
