João Vitor Silva Moreira

João Vitor Silva Moreira has a range of work experience in the oil and gas industry. João Vitor started their career in 2011 as a Production Engineer, where they worked on mature oilfields under waterflood, focusing on artificial lift design, production optimization, and cost reduction. João Vitor then progressed to the role of Production Coordinator from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they became the Manager of New Business Development, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. From 2020 to 2023, João worked as the Diretor de Regulação e Novos Negócios at PetroReconcavo, overseeing regulatory affairs and new business initiatives. In 2023, they were promoted to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) position at PetroReconcavo. Additionally, they hold the role of Vice-presidente at ABPIP - Associação Brasileira dos Produtores Independentes de Petróleo e Gás. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry, João worked as an Assistente Administrativo for the Prefeitura Municipal de Vitória from 2007 to 2010.

João Vitor Silva Moreira completed a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering at Universidade Vila Velha - UVV from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they pursued further education in Business Administration by completing the Program for Management Development at IESE Business School from 2023 to 2024.
