Jim Stanislaus is the Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder of Petros.

Prior to Petros, Jim was the CFO & COO of Enhanced Capital Partners, national, private asset management and investment firm, specializing in utilizing state and federal tax credit programs to finance lower middle-market companies in the United States. While there, Jim structured an array of complex, primarily tax credit-based, transactions with Berkshire Hathaway and other financial partners and secured over $700 million in institutional investor commitments. He started and was the Co-Head of the firm’s Tax Credit Monetization business and he also sourced and managed investments for the firm, primarily in Texas.

Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Jim worked with Reservoir Capital Group, a New York-based private investment firm with over $6.5 billion currently under management. Prior to Reservoir, Jim held senior positions at Fortune 50 companies, Dell and Procter & Gamble.

Jim holds an Engineering undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from SMU in Dallas.
