Kevin Porter

Kevin Porter has extensive experience in the finance and real estate industry. Kevin is currently the Chief Credit Officer at Petros PACE Finance since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley from 2017 to 2023, where they held the position of Executive Director - Commercial Real Estate Lending - US Conduit & Middle Markets Lending. Kevin also worked as the Managing Director - Chief Investment Officer & Head of Credit - US Lending at MC Five Mile from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they held various roles at Merrill Lynch, including Director - Originations & Portfolio Management - Real Estate Principal Investments from 2008 to 2012 and Director - Originations - Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending from 2005 to 2008. Kevin also has experience from their time at S&P Global Ratings as the Director - Real Estate Investment Advisory Services from 2002 to 2005 and at Morgan Stanley - Reaxon as a Principal/Co-Founder from 1999 to 2001. At Morgan Stanley, they were the Head of Underwriting - Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital from 1997 to 1999. Kevin began their career at KPMG as a Senior Manager - Real Estate Consulting Group from 1993 to 1997.

Kevin Porter attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Regional Science (Spatial Economics). Kevin then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Kevin obtained another MBA degree in International Business from Aalto University. However, no specific start or end years are provided for any of these educational experiences.
