Nicole Robben

Nicole Robben has a diverse work experience in various roles related to commercial real estate, finance, and economic development.

Nicole is currently working as a Vice President at Petros PACE Finance since November 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to November 2021, they were the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Pathway Lending & Pathway WBC.

Before joining Pathway Lending, Nicole worked as a Consultant/Lender at Pathway Lending for a brief period in 2018.

From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Development Loan Officer at The Housing Fund.

Nicole's previous experience includes working as a Market Leader - Milwaukee at PACE Equity from 2016 to 2017.

Nicole also had a significant tenure at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) as a Financial Manager & Lender from 2007 to 2016.

Additionally, Nicole worked as the Director of Main Street Milwaukee at the Department of City Development, City of Milwaukee, from 2002 to 2006, and as an Economic Development Director at Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc. from 2000 to 2002.

Nicole Robben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from James Madison University. Nicole has also obtained additional certifications, including the Economic Development Finance Professional Certification from the National Development Council and the Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) certification, also from the National Development Council.
