Eleanor Hurtt is an experienced operations manager and culinary professional with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Petrossian Inc since July 2023, Eleanor previously held the position of Chef De Cuisine at CookUnity and Operations Manager at Narrative Food. Eleanor's early culinary experience includes roles such as Sous Chef at Cassia, Jr. Sous Chef at The Tasting Kitchen, and Lead Line Cook at Superba SnackBar. Eleanor began in the culinary field with positions at Nobu: Los Angeles and The Roof on Wilshire, gaining skills in food preparation and kitchen operations.
