David Roberts

David Roberts is a highly experienced business coach, mentor, and advisor, having supported around 60 SMEs throughout their career. David has held significant roles, including Director of Human Resources at Harman International Inc. and Human Resources Director at Wood Mackenzie Limited, where they led global HR strategies and achieved numerous accolades. Currently, David serves as Chair and Non-Executive Director at PetroStrat, Chair of the North Wales Regional Skills Partnership, and Chair of the North Wales Branch of The Institute of Directors. They are also the Director of PeopleWin4Business Ltd., where they provide board-level advice and coaching. David is pursuing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
